Bay View Apartment

This apartment is conveniently located in close proximity to the old town and only two minutes walk from the centre, which offers local tourist attractions and numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. The beaches of Herceg Novi are only a short walk away (5-10mins), as is the sea-front promenade of restaurants, bars, and shops.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge and veranda. The apartment is fully air conditioned.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with an open plan dining room opening onto a veranda with beautiful sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, an electric ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, and all the pots and utensils necessary for home cooking. The dining room has an oval extending table which can sit 6-8 people comfortably.

The sitting room consists of one big corner sofa with two armchairs and a coffee table. Satellite TV and music are fitted here so don't forget to bring your ipod or an mp3 player. The sofa can also be folded out and used as a bed to sleep two adults.

The veranda is a great place to relax, drink a coffee or even a glass of local wine. It offers fantastic views of the entrance to Boka Bay and also views over the Herceg Novi town. Watch as the yachts and sail-boats arrive and depart from the bay! The fence on the veranda is fitted with children in mind, so it is high and securee.

The three bedrooms can sleep 5 persons comfortably. The master bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has two single beds which can be joined into one, and a third bedroom, used as children’s room previously, now has one single bed. In addition there is a mezzanine area accessed via stairs from the sitting room. This narrow and long room also has a single bed and is usually much loved by children for its cozy feeling.

The property has two bathrooms, both in the Italian style. One is located near the bedroom and has a bath, whilst the other one has a shower.

This is a family apartment and you will therefore find all the amenities you might need in a regular household, such as washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc...
